The Hospital Manager at Cinnaminson Animal Hospital is charged with managing the business activities of the animal hospital in conjunction with both the Chief of Staff, Dr. Robyn Steiner and Regional Manager, Dan Melody. **Candidates must have veterinary hospital experience (either as a receptionist, technician or manager) as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service. **?This position requires someone that is excellent at handling difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.? A caring and compassionate attitude is required of all members of our team. Job Responsibilities ?Personnel: Plans for optimal staffing to assure maximum productivity and service Supervises support staff personnel and ensures that staff is properly trained Maintains employee motivation and assists in structuring continuing education for staff Responsible for holding staff meetings and communicating information from corporate office ? new policies, promotions, and updates Other duties/projects assigned by Regional Manager Patient/Client Responsible for overall client/patient satisfaction within the hospital Responsible for community outreach and local marketing initiatives/programs Ensures that there is an adequate supply of retail products and medical supplies Responsible for accuracy of all patient records ? written and computer-based Responsible for the client call back programs ? reactivations, follow-ups, confirmations, no-show calls, etc Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager Administration Ensures that the hospital operates within budget and achieves growth projections Oversees the building and equipment maintenance and housekeeping standards Periodically reviews fee schedules for services and products ? work with Regional Manager to discuss changes as necessary Assists Doctors with production goals ? periodically reviewing charges to ensure that all charges are being captured Responsible for the daily receipts ? reconciling, bank deposits, etc. Other duties as assigned by Regional Manager VetCor rewards our employees you with excellent salaries, career growth potential, health insurance, 401(k), vacation, training and more.
