It would appear that Samsung have another Galaxy S smartphone to reveal along with the new Samsung Galaxy S4, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, which is rumored to be released some time after the Samsung Galaxy S4 launch.
According to a recent report, Samsung?s Galaxy S4 comes under the name of Project J at Samsung, although Project J is apparently made up of a total of three devices, one is the Samsung Galaxy S4, another is a smaller version of the device, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, and the third is an unknown device.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to come with a 4.99 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, so we would expect the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini to feature a 4 inch display with a resolution of at least 1280 x 768 pixels.
The third device in Samsung?s Project J comes under the name of Fortius, and it uses a number of different accessories like an arm band, a bike mount and a pouch, according to Sammobile this is not a smartphone but a companion device for the Galaxy S4 and S4 Mini, possibly a smart watch or maybe something else.
We are expecting Samsung to announce the Galaxy S4 at a Samsung Unpacked event on the 15th of March, whether they will announce the Galaxy S4 Mini at the same time remains to be seen.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is rumored to go on sale in Europe in April and in the US some time in May or June, of Samsung do unveil the Galaxy S4 Mini at the same time as the Galaxy S4 then we can expect this device to go on sale at a similar time.
