The Verge writes, Users of the iOS version of the photo messaging app Snapchat got to try their hand at video in December, and now the company is offering the same functionality to some Android users. As spotted by TechCrunch, Snapchat announced that it was making a beta version of the app available that adds video messaging, however it appears there's a catch or two.
